The NEED Energy Education Report Card
During the 2002-2003 school year, NEED undertook a quantitative evaluation to determine the effectiveness of NEED programs in schools. Lang Consulting Group of Columbus, Ohio, helped NEED develop assessment tools to measure student energy knowledge before and after their NEED units. The results of this assessment are compiled in the 2003 Energy Education Report Card, along with key findings. A detailed analysis of the data by Lang Consulting Group is also available. Additional assessment documents available for review include the Teacher Questionnaires, the Energy Polls, and Teacher Instructions.
