National Association of State Universities and Land Grant Colleges (NASULGC), 4-H, The U.S. Department of Energy, and NEED

With support from the U.S. Department of Energy, 4-H and Cooperative Extension agents and NEED came together to create and implement a series of four energy modules in 4-H and Cooperative Extension classrooms, 4-H Afterschool programs, and in day camps and summer camps nationwide. The four modules were designed to provide quick kids teaching kids lessons that taught students - target grades 3-8 - about light, heat, motion, and chemical energy. These lessons, coupled with lessons about energy efficiency, provide several days of engaging energy activities for students of all learning styles.
