Workshops are scheduled throughout the school year. Upcoming workshops will
be posted on this site.
In some cases, NEED will provide a workshop on a regularly scheduled inservice day or other professional development event. To request an inservice for your school district contact NEED at 800-875-5029.

About the Workshops…
The 2009 PG&E Solar Schools Workshops are
activity packed providing the most up-to-date
information on all aspects of energy, including
the science of energy, sources of energy, consumption,
electricity, efficiency, and environmental and
economic impacts.
Workshop
participants receive the instruction and materials
to implement innovative hands-on energy units
in their classrooms. NEED Leaders at the conference
provide the individualized instruction and support
participants need to develop classroom energy
units and meet the needs of their students.
