What's New at NEED

	For media, photos, graphics, and presentations for workshops and sessions, visit the Media Room.
	The American Electric Power Foundation provided a grant to NEED to host two regional energy conferences for teachers this summer. July 9-11 is available for teachers from Virginia and West Virginia and July 28-30 is for teachers from Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Arkansas. AEP provides support for the conference for teachers in the AEP service area. To register, download Registration Brochure WV/VA or Registration Brochure TX/AR/OK/LA and fax to NEED.
	ConocoPhillips and NEED have partnered to provide teacher workshops in 15 states in 2008. For more information about the program and to download registration materials visit the ConocoPhillips section of our website.
	Energy Managers and teachers asked and NEED listened. The new Energy Survey Teacher Guide and Student Guide were developed with school district energy management and building occupant education in mind. These energy audit activities teach students about building science and energy management - using survey and data collection tools.
	NEED’s Question Bank gives teachers the ability to customize evaluation tools for their energy units.
	ComEd and NEED partnered to create the Is Your Pricing Dynamic? curriculum guide for students to learn about energy efficiency, electricity demand, and electricity pricing.
