Join the South Carolina Energy Office for Energy in Schools on July 27 & 28, 2021. This workshop is designed to bring together energy and facilities personnel and classroom educators to learn and share ways to manage energy use while keeping students engaged in learning about energy in the classroom, clubs and afterschool programs.
This event is a two-part workshop for building facility operations staff, district energy managers, and teachers to attend as a team. Attendees will learn about energy use, energy efficiency and conservation, lessons tied
to these concepts, and how to engage all members of a school community to reduce a building’s energy consumption and save money for the district.
Sponsored by the South Carolina Energy Office, this two-part workshop will be held virtually on July 27-28, 2021, and will be hosted by The National Energy Education Development (NEED) Project’s team of Certified Energy Managers, Certified Building Operators, and highly qualified educators.
