DESCRIPTION:Participation Requirements\nSchools\, homeschool groups\, scouting organizations\, and 4-H clubs must submit a Youth Awards Signature Project in order to participate in the Youth Energy Conference & Awards Program. All project submissions are due April 15 each year. Students must be part of an approved project to attend. \nEach group must designate a lead teacher or chaperone\, as identified by the Project Advisor listed on the Youth Awards submission.
