Free to Attend!
- All participants will receive an iPad to use during the Academy.
- All participants will receive t-shirts to wear during the Academy.
- All participants will stay on-campus at the University of Maryland, College Park for the week.
- All participants attending from outside Maryland/Washington, D.C., will be provided travel to the UMD campus, coordinated by The NEED Project.

- Young men currently in 10th or 11th grade (Class of 2025 or 2026)
- Young men who live in
- The ComEd service territory of northern Illinois
- The PECO service area in and around Philadelphia
- The Atlantic City Electric service area of New Jersey
- The Delmarva Power service areas of Delaware and Maryland
- The BGE service area of Maryland
- The Pepco service areas of Maryland and Washington, D.C.
